Our spacious 2,560sq/ft two story/three bedroom luxury penthouse can comfortably sleep 10 people, with 1 King bedroom master suite, 1 King bedroom with shared bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom en-suite, and 2 Double bed sleeping areas (perfect for the kids) The large upstairs entertaining area has high ceilings, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining table and private balcony. The downstairs has three bedrooms and a living room with flat screen SmartTV, DVD console, games, and more. There is also a full size washer/dryer laundry room. The laundry/utility room has beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach wagon and sand toys to use and enjoy. We have a secure garage with remote clicker if you choose to rent a car. There is a locker in the garage that is a perfect area to keep all your beach items after a day in the sand. There are outside showers to rinse off before heading upstairs to our unit. Whether you're at the beach all day or relaxing by the gorgeous courtyard pool, you are centrally located within the quaint town of Punta de Mita. Walking distance to local shops and amazing restaurants. La Mision de Mita is fully gated, family friendly, has 24 hour security and on site property managers. Our Condo is on a filtered water system. Garage parking available. You will have access to locked bodega (beach chairs/wagon/cooler bags/ umbrellas/etc). This is located in our private storage in the garage. 1st time to Mexico or returning guest, we would be happy to help you plan your next vacation and get you into relax mode upon arrival! Upon arrival you will be greeted by our on site managers. They will give you a tour of the property, show you all the amenities within the condo and communal areas, give you keys to condo/gate/bodega storage and offer any assistance during your stay. We also have someone that can assist with any day trips, lessons, rentals, etc. We are available for full communication during the entire trip process, from planning stages to arrival and departure. We want to make sure your vacation is the best it can be. We love to have returning guests! Centrally located within the quaint town of Punta de Mita. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and 100 feet from Banderas Bay known for world class surfing, fishing and snorkeling. We typically rent a car and drive 35 minutes to Punta de Mita. It is easy to take a taxi cab or schedule airport transport though our on site managers. There are several locations to rent cars and golf carts in Punta de Mita if you choose later on to rent something. There is a detailed binder of information located on the kitchen island counter.
