Enjoy a pleasant time in the Eure Valley in a relaxing setting. This small accommodation is located 35 minutes from Giverny and close to various tourist sites. The living area is 25m2. It is ideal for 2 people or a couple with 1 child. It includes 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 x 200 bed and upstairs is 1 bed of 90 x 200. You will find a small kitchenette, a small shower room + toilet. Pool is open and heated between 01/07 and 30/08 The space Located on our property, right next to our house (the pool separating us), this small accommodation of 25 m2 is perfect for 2 people with or without 1 child. It is composed of 2 bedrooms including a small upstairs on the mezzanine (preferably for 1 child), a small shower room with a small sink and toilet and a small kitchenette with a small table of 60x60 + 3 stools. The kitchenette is accessible from the inside through the shower room or from the outside through the garden. The 1 st bedroom includes 1 bed of 140 x 200 , 2 nightstands, a small desk, a dresser, a clothes rack, a mirror and a TV with connection to the TNT. The 1 st bedroom overlooks the garden/pool via the glass window. The second bedroom is upstairs, on the mezzanine (no door). It includes a bed of 90 x 200, a TV with DVD player and various DVDs + some books for young children. Guests will have access to the swimming pool but only at certain times. It is heated to 24 degrees then naturally between 01/07 and 30/08. A lunch area is available outside. There is a BBQ (charcoal) and 3 sunbaths. The site is fenced and wooded. Access is secured with closed parking for 1 or 2 car(s). We can provide you with 3 bikes (1 men's ATV, 1 Women's ATV and 1 city bike with or without child seat). Many bike rides around. We'll show you some lovely walks. Guest access You have access to the entire small house + pool (at certain times of the year) and the adjoining garden, which is about 500 m2. Other things to note At certain times of the year you will have access to our private pool which can be shared with hosts in case of hot weather. It is heated to 24 degrees then naturally between 01/07 and 30/08. The pool is open from 15/04 (depending on the weather) then totally closed on 15/09 (weather dependent). Its use is subject to safety guidelines, especially for children. ATTENTION/REMINDER: this place is not equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and bathtub. A laundromat is at your disposal 2 km from the village of La Croix Saint Leufroy.
