Our house is the beautiful destination for those who want to combine a unique location with everything the sea has to offer, in the heart of a picturesque southern Italian town. The space Our house is a semi-detached house with its own large garden, parking and private entrance. The house has 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed) with a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms (both with showers) and a cozy kitchen/living room with a good dining area. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and AC. Lovely terraces surround the house where outdoor life can be enjoyed, and there is a large, lovely garden with many green plants, olive trees, citrus trees (oranges, mandarins and lemons) and an iconic palm tree. Special advantages of the house: -> The house has easy access to a cozy little beach with beach bar. 75 meters from the house, the stairs with 216 steps down to the beach begin. -> The house is easy to get to by public transport. The station in Acquafredda is only 100 meters away. -> The house is located in the town of Acquafredda with several restaurants and a very well-stocked grocery store that sells almost everything except fresh meat -> There are many good hiking and cycling opportunities in the local area Apartment attached to the house: Adjacent to the house is also an apartment with 5 additional beds. The apartment is not rented separately, but only in connection with the rental of the house, where there is a need for extra sleeping places. The apartment contains a bedroom with double bed + a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom. Write a personal message if you need extra beds in addition to the 6 that are in the house, and therefore also want to use the apartment (costs a little extra). Guest access As guests, you have the entire home and garden at your disposal, and you don't have to share with others. In connection with the home, there is also an apartment with additional sleeping places. The apartment is not rented separately, but only in connection with the rental of the house, where there is a need for extra sleeping places.
