Newly renovated home with 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchens, 2 living room, and an office that is the ideal for families, and large groups. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. There are restaurants, convenient stores, a gas station, Walgreen's, an urgent care, and many other service locations within walking distance. The space ▪️ Please confirm the number of overnight guests. We accommodate a maximum of 8 guests; additional guests require the host's prior authorization. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional charge of $30 per person. ▪️ Cameras are installed along the outside perimeter of the house including the front yard, on the side of the house and the backyard for security purposes only, but complete privacy is ensured inside the entire house. Guests are not allowed to tamper with the cameras. Doing so will violate our house rules, and may result to eviction and report to Airbnb. ▪️ Pets- Bring your furry friends! We welcome 2 hypoallergenic and house train dogs under 20lb in our home. With prior approval and additional fee of $50 per pets. If no prior approval was requested and pet was taken into the house, we will add an additional $50 for every pet that was not given prior approval. ▪️ Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise down. No loud music in the outdoor spaces after 9pm, and parties are strictly prohibited. ▪️ To keep the floor nice and clean during your stay. Guests are kindly requested to remove shoes upon entering. Indoor/outdoor slippers are being provided. If we find smoking inside the house, you will be charge $500 for cleaning fee. Trash day is Wednesday. Someone will come Tuesday evening to take the trash ban out to the curb, and yard work are bi weekly on Wednesday.
