Port Hueneme is a very quaint little beach with nice sand, waves, pier, and restaurant/bar on the beach. Rented to monthly guests on furnishedfinders for the last two years. Minimum renter age of 28+ Well behaved, quiet, potty trained adult dog allowed with pet fee. Sorry no cats or puppies allowed. One dog maximum. The space Open floor plan living room/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and ocean views. You will not get bored of these stunning sunsets! Master bedroom with king bed, in suite bathroom, and balcony with ocean view. Guest bedroom with queen bed and partial ocean view. 2nd bathroom and laundry next to guest bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen, bbq on balcony. Smart TV with apps and bluetooth stereo. Full size cabinet murphy bed in living room with plush memory foam mattress. Dining and lounge chairs on balcony. Beach towels, toys, boogie boards, beach chairs with umbrella, and beach wagon provided during stay. Unit is very large and spacious - just under 1200 sq ft. Our complex is gated, well maintained, and very quiet. Directly across the street from the sand. Definitely the nicest complex on the beach.
