Located in the heart of Split, in old neighborhood Veli Varos, minutes away from the most popular tourist sites including the UNESCO protected Diocletian's Palace on the one side and the Marjan Hill on the other, Apartment Siki offers everything You need for a perfect stay. Whether You are up for sightseeing the Old Town, sunbathing at one of the numerous beaches or cycling in the forest, it's all at your arm's reach and yet secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. The space The newly renovated apartment (46 sqm + 14 sqm terrace) on two floors is located a few minutes' walk from the city center. On the lower floor there is a large bathroom and a smaller room with a double bed (which can be separated) and a dining room with a kitchen. The lower floor has a central air conditioning unit. On the upper floor there is a large room with a large double bed and a terrace with a view of the old town and the Cathedral of St. Duje. the room also has a separate air conditioning unit and a work area. The host lives nearby and can always add something that is not part of the standard equipment of the apartment. Free public parking is located nearby and in front of the apartment. Guest access Guests can use the terrace, dining room and two rooms. they have the right to use all available dishes in the kitchen and all things in the apartment. if the guests want something special, we are at their disposal and it is possible to bring it to them during their stay. Other things to note Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartment. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept low after 11:00 PM. Any violation of this rule falls under the jurisdiction of the police, and the owner has no authority over such matters. Additionally, registration on the eVisitor platform is mandatory, and your host will provide you with the necessary details for registration. If guests are not registered within 24 hours, the owner has the right to remove them from the apartment, as per the law in the Republic of Croatia.
