Small but welcoming (about 60 sqm), it has a triple exposure (the sea on one side, on an ancient courtyard on the other) which in summer makes it cool due to the natural current of the sea. For those who love lower temperatures, the apartment is equipped with a brand new DAIKIN conditioning system (which ensures cold in summer and heat in winter, with maximum silence), wi-fi connection, two flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), washing machine and dryer, iron /ironing board, bed linen and towels, hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob with 4 gas stoves, an electric oven, microwaves, dishwasher, espresso maker, , as well as pots and crockery. Other things to note In order to facilitate the arrival at the coast it is possible to organize a car service with driver from and to the main airports and railway stations (cost estimates on request). In Maiori there is a separate collection of waste, followed by a specific timetable placed on the door of the building. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines which will be charged to guests. The garbage must be disposed of every evening by following the municipale rules and calendar displayed at home.
