The apartment is part of a luxurious complex that offers an enjoyable stay in a quiet neighborhood with easily reachable grocery shops, restaurants, nightlife and beaches. The complex is located in the most attractive area in the central part of the Sunny Beach resort – in close proximity to the historical city of Nessebar, and only 25 km away from the Burgas airport. The space This is a fully equipped air-conditioned apartment (on 4th floor, size 50 sq. meter), with a balcony observing the swimming pool and a beautiful backyard. The apartment consists of a corridor, living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom. Both rooms have a direct access to the cozy balcony. In the bedroom you can find a spacious double bed and a big wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed (convertible to a double bed), a dining-table, and a cable-TV. The kitchen (part of the living room) is equipped with a kettle, microwave, big fridge, oven and all appropriate dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment. There is a washing machine located in the bathroom. On the balcony there is a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the relaxing view and the see air breeze. Wi-Fi internet access is available for free. Guest access All guests are able to use (free of charge) the outdoor swimming pools (inc. children pool), Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, umbrellas, canopy tents and open air fitness area. Enjoy the exotic garden with a river, relaxing spacious lobby of the complex. Just a couple minutes walking distance you'll find several grocery shops and a supermarkets. Other things to note This apartment is suitable both for short and for long stays.
