The space It is a secondary house, where the owner lives in the back, (on the same plot of land, but in the back) The owner lives alone, so you don't have to worry, and he can also help with information about the beach, restaurants, etc. Guest access It does not include laundry, the only area outside included would be just the parking lot. It also does not include towels, nor part of bathroom hygiene. Other things to note I hope you have empathy for others, I try my best to leave it clean and organized, if you break something, please let me know, and also in terms of noise, until midnight at the latest on weekdays, in terms of the neighbors and the owner who work! ;)
