Stay with us in this stylish home with a glistening pool, loads of games, and all the comforts of home. The house is equipped with essential amenities, comfortable beds, and a stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing. With a central location, you'll have easy access to all the Southern California sights in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Plus, we get decked out for the holidays from mid-November to mid-January. Be sure to reserve early because we tend to get booked out. The space An easy flowing house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, and pool. The living room is nicely furnished and has a large screen Smart TV and comfortable sectional sofa. The dining table provides seating for 8. The banquette table and bench provides additional seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, rice cooker, tea kettle, and popcorn popper. There are plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and cookware available. We also provide complimentary: * Coffee * Sugar * Creamer * Tea * Bottled water * Snacks The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. Laundry detergent and softener are available for you to use. Master Bedroom – The master bedroom has 3 queen beds, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and Smart TV. There’s also glass sliding doors that lead out to the front entrance. The rest of the house consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 additional bathrooms. One king bedroom and the queen bedroom have Smart TVs. STR # 24-06 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Pool heating is available for a fee of $95 per day. Requests for heating must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date. The pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Pool heating is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Additional hours will have an extra fee. We provide 2 placards for street parking. They are located on the coffee table in the living room. Please return them to this location upon departure. The garage can accommodate 2 vehicles, and 2 to 4 additional vehicles can park in the driveway. The garage remote control is also located on the coffee table. STR # 24-06
