Our Red Studio with about 34 m² has, as the name suggests, a red touch and is perfect for business guests or Vienna explorers. Despite the very central location, you will find yourself in a green and quiet environment and can therefore both relax and quickly get into the middle of the action. Thanks to the full equipment, every guest should find everything they need to feel practically at home. The space The apartment is located in a house built by the famous architect Ernst Hiesmayr, which is directly adjacent to the park of the Theresianum, the former summer residence of Empress Maria Theresa. The apartment itself, like all other apartments in the house, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards. In addition, the apartments, together with a designer and artist, have been given a pleasant level of design and vibrancy.
