COMFORTABLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Three spacious bedrooms with premium quality mattresses and linens. - Beds include one king and two queens, each room equipped with tower fans for optimal air circulation. INVITING LIVING ROOM: - Bright and cozy space featuring comfortable couches and a 65-inch Smart TV for relaxation. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: - Complete with essential cooking utensils, a coffee pod, and a coffee machine for convenience. CONVINENT PARKING: - Carport for one vehicle, plus ample additional parking around the corner lot for added flexibility. Pool & backyard: 15-by-31-foot rectangle, four feet shallow to six-and-a-half deep. Use at your own risk-no diving, no glass, no roughhousing. Kids under adult watch at all times. Maintenance: Pool guy and gardener arrive Monday afternoon-if there’s an issue with either accessing the backyard, please notify the host. Dump truck scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Other things to note The house has security cameras in backyard and front door. We will charge 50$ per night for extra guest, if not already notified.
