Other things to note ***HOUSE RULES*** ✔ Mandatory Reading: All guests are required to carefully read and acknowledge the house rules upon check-in. It is essential to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone. ✔ Strict NO PARTY Policy: We maintain a strict NO PARTY policy within the premises. This includes but is not limited to gatherings, events, or any disruptive activities that may disturb the peaceful environment of the neighborhood. Please respect this rule to ensure a serene atmosphere for all. ✔ Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please be mindful of noise levels to allow our neighbors and fellow guests to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. ✔ Respect for Neighbors: We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum, avoid excessive outdoor noise, and respect their privacy. ✔ NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises (inside/outside). Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced, and any violation of this rule will result in fine/penalties, an immediate eviction, negative review, and we will pursue damage claims rigorously! ✔ NO DRUGS: NO Drugs on the premises! Violation will lead to immediate eviction with no refund and result in fines/penalties including a negative review. In the event of illegal drug use on the premises, authorities will be contacted to initiate a police report. ✔ Pets: Pets ARE NOT allowed on the premises. ✔ Guest Limit: The number of guests allowed should align with the booking agreement never to exceed the maximum count of (8) guests at all times. Exceeding the guest limit will result in fine/penalties, a report to Airbnb, and the potential risk of eviction, all while being charged for the full duration of your stay. NO Food/Beverages allowed in the pool and spa. NO jumping in the pool (especially from the top of our roof). Violators will be evicted immediately without a refund for the entire stay. Any damages will be pursued rigorously. Proper swim attire is required. Keep noise levels to a minimum. Respect quiet hours (10pm-7am). ✔ Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it, and adhere to any specific cleaning instructions provided. There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty (to be determined by cleaning staff). Additionally, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture will apply. ✔ Damages and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
