The accommodation is located in Pozzo Faceto di Fasano, a quiet and green hamlet of the municipality of the same name, 10 minutes by car from the center of Fasano and the renowned Zoosafari, and 20 from Ostuni. The space The 150 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: you need to climb a flight of 15 steps to access it. The internal space is divided into two levels: note the presence of an internal staircase that separates them. *** I LEVEL *** - Eat-in KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven - Closed VERANDA equipped with table and chairs - LIVING ROOM sofa, TV, desk and ceiling fan - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and ceiling fan - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk - BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower head - 2 BALCONIES. *** II LEVEL **** - BEDROOM III with queen-size bed and wardrobe - TERRACE with access from the bedroom, equipped with cover, table and chairs. Other things to know: - NO AIR CONDITIONING - Uncovered parking available in the small square in front of the accommodation - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided at check-in - The fireplaces are NOT working. Guest access The entire accommodation is available to guests. Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Fasano Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.
