Other things to note Bi-Weekly cleanings are mandatory for guests staying longer than two weeks at an additional fee of $100.00 per service. Local trash runs are every Tuesday. Guests are encouraged to make sure whatever trash that they may have in the property is taken out by Monday evening the latest to avoid an accumulation of dirt and stenches in the property. Trash should be placed inside the green bin in the back yard. Guests are encouraged to report any damages to the property as soon as they happen to avoid further penalties. Smoking on the property is absolutely prohibited. Under no circumstances will parties or large gatherings be permitted on the premises. Animals are not permitted on the property unless a prior agreement has been reached with the owner/host in writing. Guests will be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. For guests with vehicles, please notify the host 42-72 hours before arrival to request a parking pass or permit if your stay falls between Monday and Friday. A parking pass is not required if you are checking in after 4 PM on Friday or checking out by 11 AM on Monday. Be sure to read all posted street signs carefully, as street cleaning takes place twice a week from March 1st through October 31st to avoid tickets or towing.
