Top floor apartment in a traditional 130+ y/o townhouse conversion. There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year! The space Full kitchen (including stove, range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, garbage disposal), clothes washer/dryer, bathroom with tub and shower, small dining area and massive bedroom with queen bed, futon (can be a second full/double bed) and desk with chair. We also have a roofdeck with great views of H Street NE and in winter the US Capitol Dome. Guest access Two flights of narrow stairs to get to the unit but well-worth the hike. We are 8-year Superhosts that only manage our own listings. We like to be hands-on and available for anything our guests need! Other things to note There are cameras in the vestibule of the home for our protection, your protection, and to ensure that packages don't walk away. Otherwise you have your space to yourself.
