We are looking for guest that are experienced and will respect our property. Please read below and the house manual to make sure we have the same expectations. We recommend removing shoes when staying with us. We understand that Washington D.C. is cannabis-friendly, however not on this property. Guest are not permitted to climb on any of the railings for the balcony. If this action is observed the guest's reservation will be canceled. Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. Access Notes: There are two stairs to enter the common area entrance.
