This unique holiday complex is located in the middle of the historic center of Huisduinen and close to the beach, dunes, dike and sea and is part of Cultural Heritage. The building has recently been restored and has a unique look due to the preservation of authentic elements such as the floor, high ceilings and windows. From the apartment, you will find the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The space The holiday complex has 3 apartments. Upon entering, you will enter the shared hall with access doors to the 3 apartments. Your apartment is on the left. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen and a bedroom. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The living area features a comfortable sofa, also a sofa bed and two armchairs. In the other part of the room, there is a cozy dining table and open kitchen. The open kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a combi oven with microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, the toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in compact bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From the living room, you have access to the terrace. The holiday complex has an east and south facing terrace. Apartment “A” has an east-facing terrace and has two seats and a parasol. For guests with pets, it is important to know that your terrace is part of the surrounding terrace. The terraces are not shielded from each other. The washing machine and dryer are located on the right side next to the front door. You will share this with the guests of the other two apartments. You can park your car in the large parking lot next to the holiday complex. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. Additional costs: €30 per dog, per week. Bed linen and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent this from us. The costs are €9 per person for bed linen and €6 per person for a towel package. Should you bring your own bed linen: the apartment has a double mattress 160x200 with a double duvet of 190x200.
