Whether you're in town for a beach getaway or a business trip, this tiny oasis is a little slice of paradise! Guest access By downloading the application that you will find in the Play Store or App Store, you can open the parking gate, park, and charge the Tesla car. You can also open the Tiny House door using a code or phone application. If you don't like technology, we will give you the remote control to open the Gate, as well as the key to the Tiny House. You will have private access to the entire Tiny, the front patio, and the fenced-in backyard. The only space that is shared is the driveway. The right side of the driveway is reserved for you. My neighbor uses the left side of the driveway. Their space is attached to the home on the outside. You will have exclusive access to the entire Tiny, including the patio and private parking. The entrance is autonomous by app, and areas are not shared with other people.. Make yourself at home. Other things to note ✔ No smoking is allowed inside the Tiny or inside the car. ✔ No parties or events are allowed. ✔ Respect the neighbors. ✔ Be mindful of your noise levels at all times. The car is new and has all maintenance up to date. Please remember that you're staying in a Tiny House, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.
