Casa Perla is a gorgeous beachfront home located on the north end of Playa Guasacate in the Popoyo area. This 4 bed/4 bath luxury home sits right on the beach and features a private pool, outdoor rancho bar and spectacular views of the beach, waves and sunsets! The beach is perfect for both families and friends and there is great surf directly in front of the house too. Natural tide pools are just a short walk away and there are plenty of other activities to enjoy in the area as well - kayaking, horseback riding and fishing charters to name a few. Playa Guasacate also offers a wide variety of restaurants and is centrally located to all of the beaches along the Emerald Coast. Case Perla is furnished with beautiful furniture, all of which is hand-made and built with certified hardwood sourced in Nicaragua. Each room features top-of-the-line beds so you can rest easy knowing you'll sleep well while on vacation! The downstairs features the kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed with 1 twin on top and 1 full on the bottom, while the other bedroom has 1 queen bed. The living room features a large couch and a curved Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and meal packages are also available upon request for an additional fee. There is AC in all the bedrooms (included in the nightly rate), however living room AC is an additional $25/night. The upstairs features a rancho bar, large patio and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The junior suite has 1 queen, while the master suite has 1 king. The patio has 2 large lounge chairs, perfect for reading, relaxing and/or sunbathing. The rancho bar features a couch, chairs and bar stools and is equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, blender and glassware.
