Other things to note It is important to know that it is a historic building with wooden floors and wooden and wrought iron stairs. It dates back to 1900 and is located in the heart of Madrid. The room is 2.5 meters by 3 meters and has no window to the outside, which is very typical of Madrid and the apartments in the old central area. You have a large closet where you can store all your belongings, suitcases of 23 kilos or more so you will have space to arrange everything to your liking as if you lived in it.
