Whether you’re an intrepid adventurer looking for a comfortable base for your exploration, or simply seeking a tranquil retreat in close proximity to the breathtaking natural beauty of the highlands, our property is ideal. The space The apartment is all electric. It warms up quickly and is easy to adjust the temperature to suit you. You will have your own bright living room area complete with a flat screen TV (plus Netflix access) perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need: washing machine, combined oven/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, electric hobs and a fridge-freezer compartment. There's enough crockery, glasses and utensils. I LOVE food and I would want your cooking experience to be pleasant and fun. Therefore I have made sure the basics (herbs, spices, oils etc) are available for you. The bathroom is bright and modern which has a good-sized bath and a powerful shower with constant hot water. If you are planning on taking a hot bath please make sure the water level does not overflow! There are soft towels, hand-wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bedroom one has a beautiful double size bed frame with a very comfortable soft-medium mattress. There are bed side lamps on each side of the bed. There is a built in wardrobe and a small desk for work or glam purposes. Bedroom two has two single beds with a comfortable medium mattress. This room also has a built in wardrobe. Situated close to local shops and within walking distance of Inverness City centre and Inverness Castle makes this home the perfect base to explore Inverness. Guest access ✔️ Guests will have access to the whole property. ✔️ Guests will have access to free parking at the property. ✔️ No extra guests are allowed without prior consent. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm. Other things to note *Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device. **Please note that sofa bed linens are not included in the nightly rate. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know, and the additional fee is £25 for linen. ***Please note that smoking and parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given. ****Cot & highchair available on request. A £30 fee is charged if any items are required. ***** We offer a transport service to help make your stay stress & hassle free. So, if you need picked up or dropped off anywhere, let us know! ******In order to maintain the cleanliness, for long stays, our housekeepers would need to do a full clean every 3 weeks and the cost for this will be absorbed by the guest. ******* Our building is in the heart of the City Centre so noise may be expected. ⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
