Rental unit in Inverness

My place is close to City centre. You’ll love my place because of Location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Parking permit is available. the permit is in a frame on the lounge table. Do not remove the permit from the frame. Place the permit inside the car windscreen .Please return the permit when leaving. There will be a replacement charge of £100 if not returned ( council charge) apologies no pets or smoking Guest access Please note, the apartment is one floor up from street level. Other things to note Apartment must be left in a reasonable state, no dishes etc to be left out must be cleaned. Carpets/rugs must be kept clean other than standard no food to be eaten in bedrooms only in kitchen/living area for. There is a parking permit available. The permit is in a frame on the hall table. Place the frame inside your vehicle windscreen and park in a permit zone. Please return the permit when leaving. There will be a replacement charge of £100 if not returned ( council charge) The key to the property is available in a lockbox at the property entrance and must be returned on departure.
