Large patio doors that you can slide open to conect the exterior and interior of the house. The Sunny patio is completed with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, is perfect to relax after a day in town. The shallow pool is ideal to sit and unwind on a hot day. Only a few minutes walk and you will find yourself in the centre of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area, wich is full of restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping district is within walking distance too.We encourage all our guests to do a responsable use of the electricity: first 150kw are inclusive in the price of the rental. Any excess usage will be charged at 0,14€ kw/h.
