You can easily walk to the TPC clubhouse which has stunning interiors and views. It's also not far from the beaches of Ponte Vedra and other good restaurants and shopping in Sawgrass Village or off the intercoastal. Neighbor cities include Jax Beach, St. Augustine, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach The space There is a master bedroom & bath upstairs (king bed), a master bedroom & bath downstairs (queen bed), and then the third bedroom has a king bed and is connected to a bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom and hallway for guests. There's also a blow-up air mattress if needed. This home was remodeled in 2023.
