New washer/dryer are available for your use as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. Includes private space with grill to enjoy the outdoors as well! The space The property is a guest apartment on the bottom floor of our home. You'll share our private driveway but you'll have the entire unit and a small outdoor space for yourselves. Guest access You'll have the entire downstairs guest apartment to yourselves. There's also a private outdoor space by the entry for your enjoyment. Other things to note There's a variety of live plants in the apartment. If you stay longer than a week we just ask if you could water them once a week or as needed :)
