Stella the Studio Apartment

Stella is a cabin-style, pet-friendly studio apartment on 100 acres of wooded property. Enjoy the property's amenities (trails, kayaking, canoeing, axe throwing, wood-fired pizza oven) and return to your comfortable space with a hot tub, power, heat, and plumbing! Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The hot tub is an Aqualiving 3 person lounge! The space Stella is a studio apartment with a queen bed and stand-up shower. Guests may use kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards and hike the trails on the 100-acre property. Trails lead directly to the dock, the outside pizzeria, and the axe-throwing pit. A private fire pit is in the yard just outside and the deck has a small high-top table. Below the deck is 3 person lounge hot tub (private to Stella). Star-link is the internet service and there is a smart tv. We’re still finishing the exterior of the building, construction will not impact your stay. Guest access Guests have access to 100 wooded acres, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, dock area, woodfired pizza oven, axe throwing target, and trails. Other things to note The land is new to us and is a work in progress! Stella is above the storage building where we do laundry and service 2 off-grid cabins located on the property. Stella's entrance is private and only my husband and I are in the storage area.
