Our 5 yr. old vacation home is ready for you to enjoy! It’s stunning craftsmanship and open concept with close proximity to both Long Sands and Short Sands make this the ideal vacation home! Two bedrooms with a loft serving as the third. Full kitchen and living room, kitchen island and dining table make mealtime family friendly. Brand new outdoor shower built in the fall of 2024 too! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and it becomes a part of your family vacation every year. The space Sleeps 8 3 Bedrooms 10 Min walk to Long Sands (0.5 mile) 3 minute drive to Long Sands Beach Close to Short Sands, Nubble Light, shopping, breweries, and eating. This property has a camera outside the house for your protection and the protection of our property. Other things to note There is no smoking or vaping in our home. If it is determined that smoking or vaping is done in the home, you will be charged for a full floor to ceiling cleaning. Please respect this request. This house is not ADA compliant based on current state of Maine rules and regulations, however we do have first floor bedrooms and a bathroom to assist in some needs.
