Apartment near Sacandaga Lake

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this comfortable apartment that is 17 mins from Lapland Lake Nordic Vacation Center where you can cross country ski and snow shoe. There is snowmobiling and ice fishing on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Parking for snowmobiles/trailer on property. Clean, fully equipped kitchen and in unit laundry. Upcoming Events: The space Welcome to Unit B, a cozy first-floor apartment with a private entrance. You'll find the unit on the bottom floor, to your left. Parking is available in front of the building. Please park facing the large tree. Note that there is a septic tank cover in front of the fence marked by the Do Not Park sign. Kindly leave a 6 foot space from fence when parking. To stay comfortable, a portable window AC, fans, dehumidifier, and air purifier are provided. The apartment's brick construction helps keep it cool, so consider keeping windows closed during hot days and opening them on cooler evenings. Boat parking is also available but please avoid parking boat near the septic tank cover. The front parking area is available for your use. It will easily allow parking for a small boat trailer, truck and an additional vehicle. Guest access There is a table and 2 chairs in front of the unit for your use. There is an awning to use on sunny days. Please roll up on windy days or when you leave. A common area mud room is attached to the back of unit. Can access through unit or a separate outer door. Convenient area to store any outdoor gear and such. Other things to note Due to severe allergy, no pets allowed in unit. It is a relaxing, quiet area of Northville. Downtown is a 10 mins walk. Located in the downtown area is Waterfront Park. On Saturdays there are for concerts at 6pm and Farmers Market from 10am-2pm. The start of North Placid Lake Trail is there too. Next to Waterfront Park is The Village Scoop which is popular spot during the summer. There's delicious homemade fudge at the nation's oldest 5 and Dime. JF Farm Store has wonderful homemade bread and fresh vegetables. Drinks can be had at the Timeless Tavern or Sport Island Pub. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Klippel's Kozy Korner Cafe and grab some pastries for breakfast while you're there. Tell Sarah hello!
