Created for couples or close companions who value privacy and understated luxury. Calm, well-behaved dogs welcome (max 2). The space The Loft is a quiet, European-style apartment with a private entrance via a mudroom. Interiors are warm and uncluttered, with solid wood floors, a premium memory-foam mattress, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available when needed. Located near historic Peterborough, vibrant Milford, and the scenic Monadnock region, you’ll enjoy charming cafés, local shops, hiking trails, and several beautiful golf courses within easy reach. Calm dogs welcome (max. 2). Guest access Guests have access to The Loft and the outdoors. Other things to note 🔑 Access & Privacy Guests have their own entrance with a passcode lock for easy, secure access. The Loft is a self-contained apartment — no shared spaces. 🌿 Property & Setting The Loft is located above our garage; occasional garage use may be audible during daytime hours. The pond is swimmable in summer, but it’s natural (not chlorinated). Trails are woodland paths — bring good shoes. Wildlife is part of the charm: you may see deer, foxes, or hear owls at night. 📶 Connectivity & Work-Friendly Fiber optic Wi-Fi makes the loft ideal for remote work or streaming. ❄️ Seasonal Notes In winter, 4WD is recommended for the private road if snow is heavy.
