New lakefront guest house

New Private 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house (separate from main house) with 2 decks overlooking Echo Lake. The Main House property is shared, and has a pavilion with outdoor seating, fire pit, deck over the water, a 2 hole putting green & private beach. Private boat launch and dock space available at additional fee. The space Full kitchen with everything to cook and eat. Island seats 5 Open floor plan living space, TV, Wi-Fi and electric fireplace. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, full closet with shelves and hangers. Sofa folds out to a twin size bed. Bathroom has double sinks, full size shower with glass doors. 2 private decks with outdoor seating over looking the lake. One is a large roof deck with spectacular views, weather permitting. There is plenty of onsite parking. Guest access The guest house is separate from the main house. Owners will meet you with the key or other arrangements will be made in advance. Weather permitting there are 2 separate decks for the guest house. One at the floor space level and one on top of the roof offering amazing views. Both decks have seating and are exclusive to the guest house. There are 2 sets of stairs. One is outside leading to the first deck and the other is inside the garage. If the outside stairs aren’t clean because of bad weather, the inside stairs can be accessed. A garage bay can be acquired if needed for a fee., and must be booked ahead. The water front area may or may not be shared with us, ( we might be gone). It has a deck over the water with a pavilion, fire pit, plenty of seating, a 2 hole pitch and putting green. It also has a private boat launch, and a space on the dock , and on occasion- wood fired pizza oven , all can be arranged depending on availability, and at additional fee’s . Other things to note The Main House property will share the beach, pavilion and putting green. 2 kayaks are available to qualified , experienced adults only. These must be booked ahead of time .
