Floor to ceiling windows let in lots of sunlight, tempting you to stay in. Or walk just a few steps out your door to many restaurants and cafes. The dining table/ workspace has seating for 2. The brand new kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. Fridge, oven, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, French press…missing something? Let me know! New front load washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. There is no parking space with this unit but plenty of options for parking in the area (public lots, as well as underground parking at the convention centre). Who needs parking when you can literally walk everywhere or take a cab for just a few dollars. This space is great for anyone looking to experience the vibrant downtown core from your “home away from home.” Guest access I provide fresh linens, towels and basic essentials upon your arrival along with a 50" TV with Netflix and high-speed internet. You will not be provided with a parking spot but the Nova Centre parking lot is across the street. Laundry machines are inside the unit. Help yourself to anything in the apartment and kitchen. It was all left here for you!
