Prior to use, we recommend verifying seasonal fire restrictions with the Douglas County Fire Department. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the premises. Children and Infant friendly. To maintain the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable stay for all, additional guests beyond those included in the reservation are not allowed. Smoking of any kind, including cannabis and vape products, is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoke debris or odor detected following your stay.
