I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy! The space Full use of space, gourmet kitchen, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Garage isn't part of the listing and is locked storage space that should not be accessed by guests. Guest access House has three bedrooms with three separate baths, laundry room, large kitchen, loft, area, and roof deck. Other things to note * THIS IS NOT a PARTY HOUSE * My request is that you are respectful of the neighbors by observing quiet hours after 11 PM and that you do not smoke at the property. In order to maintain the property in great shape so our valued guests can always enjoy a comfortable stay, we have a zero tolerance policy for the rare guest that throws a party. These guests will be asked to leave immediately. A $10/person fee will be assessed if violated, additionally a $$200 fee will be assessed for smoking violations.
