On the photos you can see pictures from the room as well as from the shared areas of the building. - Kindly note that the earliest checkout procedure can be at 9 AM. - Kindly note that there is a RECONSTRUCTION happening in the neighbouring area, which might lead to some noise, however during the weekend its always off and completely calm. -More towels are freely available upon request at the reception for your convenience. - You may request additional cleaning for your room during your stay for a fee if your stay is shorter than 7 days; please contact the front desk for assistance. Extra charge is 30 euros. - Please note that our kitchenette is equiped as portrayed on photos, available for basic cooking. - Please note that we have family friendly equipment ( baby cot, baby chair) available upon request at the reception. - Please note that we have pet friendly equipment ( pet bowls) available upon request at the reception.
