My wife and I own unit #6 in Ocean Terrace Condominiums. Our condo sits high overlooking the ocean and beautiful St Martin with amazing sunsets. The space We are located on the second floor; however, you will enter on the first floor due to the property's slope. NO STAIRS TO CLIMB Guest access Our unit is a Caribbean-style, two-bedroom, two-bathroom with a full kitchen. Dine or lounge on one of our two large outdoor decks or enjoy our pool on the first floor, just steps from our front door. The laundry facility is downstairs on the lower level. Other things to note Our condo is fully booked in 2025. We are accepting reservations starting on January 1, 2026.
