Living & Kitchen: The main living area features a large, plush sofa perfect for gathering around the wall-mounted Smart TV. It opens directly to the patio, blending indoor and outdoor living. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, high-end appliances, a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. A breakfast bar with three chairs offers a casual spot for a morning coffee or snack. Dining: Enjoy meals together at the elegant formal dining table with seating for eight, perfect for a peaceful sit-down dinner after a day at the parks. Private Outdoor Oasis: Your private, screened-in lanai is a true highlight. Take a dip in the pool day or night, relax in the modern sitting area, or fire up the BBQ in the covered outdoor kitchen for an al fresco family dinner. A safety gate is installed around the pool for peace of mind. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Six comfortably furnished bedrooms and six full bathrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. Five of the bedrooms are convenient en-suites. Bedroom 1: King Bed (Master Suite, 1st Floor) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (En-Suite, 1st Floor) Bedroom 3: King Bed (En-Suite, 2nd Floor) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (En-Suite, 2nd Floor) Bedroom 5: Two Full Beds (Bunk Beds, Minions Themed, 2nd Floor) Bedroom 6: Two Twin Beds (Bunk Beds, Mickey Themed, En-Suite, 2nd Floor) Entertainment Zone: Head to the second floor for endless fun! Challenge your family to the arcade games or settle in for a movie night in the dedicated movie room, complete with a comfy sectional sofa. Conveniences: Two laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your use. The Neighborhood Our home is located inside the upscale and secure Paradiso Grande Resort, a premier gated community. You can enjoy a peaceful, resort-style environment while being just minutes from all the action. Getting Around The villa is incredibly located for exploring Orlando's top attractions. You'll be just around the corner from SeaWorld, with very easy access to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway, and the 2-car garage is available. Guest access You will have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool and outdoor kitchen. As our guest, you also receive full access to the incredible amenities at the Paradiso Grande Resort Community, including: A spectacular resort-style pool A relaxing lazy river A fully-equipped fitness center A Full Bar Other things to note Sanitized luxurious hotel linens and towels of 100% cotton (soft and absorbent) are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item. We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40/night. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like it heated, as it takes time to fully heat the pool. There’s an additional fee of $35 if pool heating is requested at check-in or later, as we’ll have to send a technician. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
