The space Bunkhouse is only heated by space heater and not recommended for Winter Months. So will only comfortably sleep 2 guests in the winter. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin, bunkhouse, yard & river. Guest may use equipment including, kayaks w/ paddles & life vests, a bocce ball set, washers game, lawn chairs. Charcoal grill & bonfire pit are available for delicious outdoor cooking. Other things to note The cabin is not suitable for large number of guests so we ask that the number of guests doesn't exceed the number on the reservation. Please No parties. There is no smoking inside the cabin or bunkhouse. Guests are required to report any damage to the house or property. We understand Accidents do happen, but we want to make sure to repair damages as quickly as possible.
