The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Bedroom with queen size bed, closet, TV (smart) and air conditioning; - 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 auxiliary single beds, Smart TV, wardrobes, and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa, flat screen TV (smart) and dining table with 4 chairs; - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove (built-in oven), sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - 180mb Wi-Fi available; NOTE: The apartment does not have a parking space, but there are spaces on the street and paid parking nearby. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half a cleaning fee. Come, relax, have fun and don't worry about anything else :) Guest access Contact Seazone to find out which spaces are restricted to owners and which are available to guests :) Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: by 11:00 AM; - For check-ins after 8:00 PM, there is an additional convenience fee of R$ 50 until 10:00 PM and R$ 100 after 10:00 PM; - For same-day bookings, additional waiting time may be required due to the host’s travel time to the property; - Additional bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, with fines applied; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
