BR 1&2:Queen bed 3rd bed is a full size, comfortable futon in laundry room w/door for privacy The space Kitchen: fully stocked with microwave, coffee maker for K-cup and ground coffee, toaster, mini waffle maker, and mixer. Bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed. The third bed is a futon that folds out to be full-size. It is very fluffy! It is located in the laundry room with its entrance. Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied & 2 rags/towels per person are provided. Smart TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms! Full washer and dryer with a starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets provided. Desk and office chair located in one of the bedrooms for your work needs! Family games, giant Jenga, and cornhole boards are provided for some family fun! All pets MUST be added to the reservation. Failure to add a pet to the reservation will result in a $150 nonrefundable charge. The pet fee is $75 for up to 2 pets. Additional pets can be added for an additional fee. The house is 950 sqft. Guest access Guest will receive a code to enter the front door prior to arrival Other things to note If you or your guests are sensitive to fragrance, please let us know so that we can unplug the glade plug ins. There are two glade plug ins in use unless otherwise requested. We do not use fragrance free detergents or cleaning supplies.
