The master bath has a standup double shower, and a garden tub. There is a laundry room upstairs with washer and dryer. There is a train table and foose ball table for the little one's to play with, a high chair, and a pack n play are also provided. Guest access The Airbnb includes: The house and pool area The front yard and driveway The Airbnb stops at the fence around the pool and does not include the Barn or the guest house Other things to note Everyone that is on the property counts as a guest and must be accounted for and paid for. (This includes people staying, people stopping by to visit, and kids.... everybody counts) 4 car max on property Base rate is for 15 people. Extra charges for people 16-20. Never can there be more than 20 people on property. At no time during your reservation are you to leave minors at the home unsupervised. There must be an adult 25 years or older at the home. To clarify if you rent and leave your children while you go out there must be someone over 25 to chaperone the entire time. You can not leave to go out and leave your kids to watch themselves in our home. This is a no smoking property ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA OF ANY KIND. We do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the property (and we can easily count people and cars). No smoking anywhere on property.
