This property has no assigned parking and is street parking only. You are responsible for finding parking for your vehicle. - It takes a very long time for that hot water to get to fixtures at this second floor unit. The on-demand gas water heater is quite far from the unit so it takes awhile for hot water to reach fixtures. If guest turns both hot water faucet and shower hot water on at the same time then it will get there much faster.
