Beautiful apartment of 68m2 in the center of Zermatt. The apartment is located at only 100m from the train station. It has two bathrooms. Thus, it is ideal for 4-6 people. There is the possibility to add one or two extra mattresses on the mezzanine (8 persons). The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a mezzanine. Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and another bathroom with a shower is accessible from the mezzanine. The space The apartment is located in the center of Zermatt, in a very quiet neighborhood. It was fully renovated in 2018. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare any meal you desire. In the living room, you will find a 160 cm wide sofa bed, a television, and access to the balcony. The apartment has one bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a television, and access to the balcony. The spacious open kitchen includes four stovetops, an oven, a steam oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, a filter coffee maker, a fondue burner, a raclette oven, and a complete set of kitchenware. The bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub and a toilet. The west-facing balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the Matterhorn summit. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. This floor has a sloped ceiling (height between 120 cm and 210 cm) and includes one bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Additionally, two extra mattresses can be placed on this floor; however, please note that the ceiling is quite low. There are no additional fees apart from the tourist tax, which must be paid after the reservation is finalized. This tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays in Switzerland and contributes to the funding of cultural, tourist, and sports infrastructure that enhances your visit. Laundry fees, including bed linens and towels, are included in your stay.
