Covered parking for one with plenty of additional uncovered parking space. Sorry - not suitable for children and pets are not allowed. The space Pleasant and peaceful to sit out on the front patio and listen to the birds sing, watch butterflies flutter, wander out on the grounds to possibly see a rabbit, fox, or gopher tortoise. A short drive to Citrus county rivers and springs – Homosassa, Chassahowitzka, and Crystal. Enjoy Three Sisters, Rainbow Park, Crystal River State Park and Homosassa Springs. Guest access Guests have access to everything on the property except: - 3rd bedroom which is blocked off to guests (for owner’s personal use and storage). - Backyard shed. Other things to note Although there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, it does not work and cannot be used.
