Tam from every room, hot tub, and pool. One mile to downtown San Anselmo and minutes to San Rafael and Fairfax with numerous fine restaurants and gourmet grocery stores. Centrally located in Marin: 45 minutes to San Francisco and easy access to the trails and beaches of West Marin and Sonoma and Napa an hour north. The space 1 bedroom is in a detached pool cabana at the opposite end of the swimming pool from the main house. Cabana has bedroom, full bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle, heat and AC. No closet or other storage. Main house has a master en suite bedroom, and a guest room/office with a bathroom across a hall. Guest access Guests can access all rooms with the exception of one locked room for owner storage and one external locked storage area. Other things to note This is my personal residence so it is a fully furnished house with personal items in it - not a cleared out vacation or rental home. Please no children, no pets, and no gatherings or events over 6 people.
