The space CASA NEL BORGO is a delightful, cosy and newly renovated flat located in the centre of Argegno, in one of the village's most historic houses, internally arranged on three floors. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with laundry area equipped with sink and washing machine. On the first floor there is a bright living room with sofa bed, TV area and French window opening onto a terrace with lake view. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with exposed beams and a panoramic lake-view window. Finally, a service bathroom with WC and bidet. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, there's Wi-Fi connection, it does not have air conditioning but there are fans for the comfort of guests. Guest access CASA NEL BORGO can be reached by walking up a small stretch of road in the historic centre of Argegno. To reach the entrance you will then have to climb two flights of stairs. Public pay car parks are 150 metres away, where daily parking tickets must be displayed, which we can sell at a cost of € 3.50 per day. Other things to note All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person. In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 9.00 / Day.
