There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels. We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit. **Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week and you will be notified the day before. **Jacuzzi is heated but the Heated Pool is $150 a day and you must give me 24 hours notice- it takes 15 hours to heat up.
