It boasts all new beds, linens, furniture, flooring, kitchen supplies...you name it. It is a 3 level home so guests will be required to climb stairs. THE GROUNDS At almost 2 full acres, the grounds of this property are like nowhere else in Three Rivers. Step outside the house to sweeping views of the Sierras and lounge out at your private pool with waterfall or work on your climbing skills at the fitness course. There's also a two-level kids fort, plentiful fruit trees, and depending on the season, a gigantic outdoor fire pit awaits too. THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN Welcome to the OK CORRAL, our fully functioning outdoor kitchen with covered dining space, full sink & BBQ grill. Turn on the fans and misters to escape the heat or fire up the space heaters in winter. The OK Corral is the perfect outdoor escape. There is also a full outdoor bathroom just steps from the OK Corral. THE GLAMPING TENT For the adventurous, our fourth bedroom is an outdoor glamping tent with a queen sized bed and seating area. The tent features your own private deck facing away from the home with nothing but you and the mountains. RIVER ACCESS The perfect swimming hole awaits, just about a 5 minute walk from the back edge of the property. But use caution, the level of the river fluctuates greatly depending on the season. Guest access You will need a car to get around Three Rivers. There is a seasonal shuttle that operates during the summer. It is just a couple minutes' walk from the house to the shuttle stop. Other things to note This resort style property is quite unique in that there are tons of activities for both adults and kiddos; swimming, a fort, fire pit, fitness course, outdoor kitchen and the massive yard itself.
