The space The property is situated on a third of an acre that backs up to preserved land. The Scandinavian designed home has a minimalist yet cozy feel. Large families love renting our family's home as it comfortably fits 8 people with plenty of space to come together and have alone time. Guest access With the exception of the garage and the attached ADU, all of the home and the grounds are available for you during your stay. *Please note: To ensure the estate is perfectly maintained, our professional property manager, Teresa, lives in a completely detached ADU on the property. She has her own separate entrance and will entirely respect your privacy, but is available if you need any immediate assistance. Other things to note A twin bedroom can be converted to king room upon request. *Please note, bedroom one now has a queen bed. **The main home, the pool, and the gazebo are 100% exclusive to you during your booked stay. The only other person on the premises is the property manager in a separate and private ADU. We are happy to welcome approved assistance animals to our home! To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: In the Home: To help us keep our fabrics fresh and allergen-free for future guests, please ensure animals remain off the beds, sofas, and soft furnishings. Peace of Mind: For your animal's safety and comfort in an unfamiliar environment, they must not be left unattended at the property at any time. In the Yard: Please promptly pick up and dispose of any pet waste in the designated outdoor bin so the yard stays clean and usable. Care & Damages: While we do not charge upfront animal fees for service animals or emotional support animals, guests remain fully responsible for the cost of any physical damage or excessive cleaning required due to unattended fur friends. Guest Capacity & Events: To ensure a peaceful stay and maintain a great relationship with our neighbors, our maximum property occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests at any time. This limit applies to both overnight stays and daytime visitors. Additionally, our home is a quiet retreat and parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
