As you step down into the backyard oasis, enjoy a sparkling pool and spa, lounge chairs and umbrellas, plus grassy area and BBQ. The outdoor space is also complemented by a large stone fireplace with couch seating, a dining table for up to 8, and beautifully landscaped gardens with fruit trees. The alluring primary bedroom features a king bed, desk with chair, and a private balcony with stunning water views. The en-suite bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower, separate soaking tub, dual vanities and those ever-present ocean views for a spa-like experience. The second bedroom includes a king bed, a private balcony with water views, TV, desk with chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both offer a king and queen bed and share a connecting bathroom featuring dual vanities and a combo shower/tub. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and sink for your convenience. Half of the house has air conditioning, with a Pentair app to control spa and pool heat. Parking includes access to one of the garages and a gated driveway/courtyard parking area. Other things to note • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. • Pets allowed with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Access to one garage, plus gated driveway/courtyard parking. . • Smoking events/parties are not permitted. • Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
